Exchange Policy

At KoolHub, every product goes through strict quality checks. However, if you face a genuine issue, exchanges are available under the conditions mentioned below.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchange is allowed only if the product does not fit, is damaged, or if an incorrect item was delivered.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Exchange request must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Requests raised after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. How to Initiate an Exchange

You can choose one of the following options:

Option A: Self-Ship (Recommended)
Courier the product to the address below. Include a note with your Order ID, Name, Phone Number, and required replacement size/item.

Option B: Reverse Pickup
Email support@koolhub.in within 24 hours of delivery to request a reverse pickup.
A ₹150 convenience fee will be charged for reverse pickup. This fee is non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Item

  • If you receive a damaged or wrong product, email support@koolhub.in within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label are mandatory.

  • Requests without proper evidence or raised after 24 hours will be rejected.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • No cash or bank refunds are offered.

  • If an exchange is not possible due to stock unavailability, store credit equal to the amount paid will be issued.

  • Store credit can be used only on koolhub.in and is non-transferable.

5. Processing Time

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, the exchange process takes 5–10 business days.

  • You will be notified via email once the replacement is shipped or store credit is issued.

6. Important Exceptions & Conditions

  • Sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for exchange unless damaged or incorrect.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Products returned in used, washed, or damaged condition will be rejected.

  • KoolHub reserves the right to reject any exchange that does not meet policy conditions.
